Tech Support

Technical support is available only via email. 

Please configure and use the SOUP "Request for Tech Support."  Otherwise you may email tech.support@synovative.com directly.

Once you have SOUP's Request for Tech Support installed and properly configured, you can easily report problems with the following procedure:

  • When the error occurs,  simply press the SOUP icon in your system tray (lower right corner of your  screen).
  • Follow the directions  that appear on the screen.  Request for Support will send, as the default, both your message and a picture of what is on your screen.
