The Synovative desktop will require you to buy some products at the store and download several applications from the web. Review the task list below and purchase your necessary items from your computer store. Links are provided for tasks where the software is available over the Internet.
The software installation process described below could easily take between three (3) and eight (8) hours to complete. Make sure you have enough time set aside before you start. The tasks you will need to perform are enumerated below:
If you have a new PC, unpack it and attach the display, keyboard and mouse. Do not attach the Printer at this time. Power up the PC and answer all questions and activate all software. Do not run any software updates at this time.
Install setup and run a wireless mouse. We suggest the Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse with the Magnifier button.
Install printer software and attach your printer. See printer manufacturer's directions. Make sure your attached printers are properly configured and working properly.

Run Belarc Advisor and print out the summary report
