All users must run all SOUP utilities from an administrator account.
Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 users may want to use TweakUAC (see Download page) to silence the UAC prompts that occur when the utilities start. When you use TweakUAC, set it to “switch UAC to quite mode”, the middle selection.
